JACKPOT MIXER 4 NOT CLOSED ON TIME last week Friday 15/11/2019

I'm angry and frustrated and I'm praying this query gets solved or I will go to the gambling board. Last month i placed a bet a winning bet and when I tried cashing my ticket I only got my stake back I then called helpdesk I was told that my ticket was CANCELLED because it was a late bet and the race was not closed on time and Hollywood have the right to cancel all bet taken after the closing time so my point is last week Friday 15 /11/2019 JACKPOT MIXA 4 was left open for 15 minutes and nothing was done all bets taken after the closing time were not cancelled.
