It's service when we say so

The service at Hollywood Bets is downright pathetic. You walk into the establishment and there are no waiters or waitress on the floor. You seat yourself and wait until you are noticed by one of the patrons. Even if you are noticed or you attempt to flag one down, they will look at you and continue about their own doings. Mind you, none of them are serving any customers. I attempted to flag down a waitress at least 3 times before someone actually attended to me and took my order. After waiting atleast 15 mins from the time of my arrival, I finally got a waitress. Upon getting a waitress, she did not greet me, advise of any specials and simply looked at me as if to ask "what do you want?". Hollywood Bets is an extremely popular franchise here in Durban however the service is putrid. It's a pity that such a well renowned establishment does not train their patrons despite having a big board outside stating the commitments Hollywood Bets makes to it's customers.
