Is This A ****???!

Not happy with them lately, since this year (2023) every time I credit my account they take almost 50% of my deposit! i.e if I load a R100 voucher, I only get R50 allocated to my account. Same thing as my winnings, if I win R200, I only get half of it but if I win R2k I'm able to withdraw the full amount but when it's small amounts, I only get credited half of it, broad-day-light ******* and it's unfair! Tried calling the customer care line numerous times but I never get through.
