Is it possible to be ****** by Hollywoodbets or their consultants???

I tried to withdraw my winnings on the 27th of January 2023 using cash-send option which I don't normally use, but the EFT option said 'Capitec was offline', I then received a sms with the 10 digits reference. I went to the Absa ATM, punched in the 10 digits and it asked for access code which to my knowledge is the standard 6 digits on their website (123456), the access code was incorrect...after three attempts I still got the same answer so I decided to wait until monday to phone the customer care. I called monday and they told me that the access code is no longer 123456, and that they have changed it towards the end of last year, they told me that you get the 10 digits ref along with a access code, I then told them that I got the 10 digits ref but there was no access code, the consultant told me she's gonna put in a request for the access code and I should get the sms within 24hrs. 24hrs passed, still no sms so I decided to phone again and spoke to another consultant who in the end said the same thing that she will put in a request for the access code.

A week later (06/02/2023) after I have phoned 3 times requesting for this sms and being told that they've sent the request and that I should get it within 24hrs but nothing, I decided to call and ask them cancel the cash send withdrawal coz it's clearly to working, and they should reverse the money back to my Hollywoodbets account, in that way I can try EFT option again, same thing happens for a simple reversal back into my account, they keep on telling me that the request has been sent but nothing is reflecting in my account. I am writing this review today after calling them twice and leaving my number to be called back as I was doing the past 2 weeks (due to their volume of calls), 1st call was just before 9 o'clock this mornig and the 2nd call was after 2 this afternoon, bare in mind the past 2 weeks I would leave my number and get a call within 30-45 mins...I haven't received a call. At this point I'm not sure what in the name...is happening but I'm ****ed.
