Invalid vouchers

I bought 2 vouchers from Pick n pay yesterday. Up to now, those vouchers are still saying invalid. I called Hollywoodbets for more than an hour yesterday, no reply. I called Hollywoodbets today for 30 minutes, still no answer. I am so upset. I sent an email and no one responded. This is truly poor service.
