Invalid voucher received

Hello

I have been experiencing a problem with hollywoodbets with regarding withdrawal. However I received necessary information via sms as it's their protocol as per reaching out. The voucher sent to my registered number on the hollywoodbets portal, loading it fails to load the voucher. And the amount of R70 is pretty big amount for loss and teaching out for help,hollywoodbets they are totally helpless as failing to generate the issue I am facing.
