Invalid top up vouchers

I uploaded a voucher that wasn’t credited to my account, went on the online chat and the response was that there is a problem and sorry for the inconvenience There was no feedback on waiting time for the issue being resolved The agent was very insensitive and rude I’m too scared to load a voucher now because the money is not credited and the issue is just ignored I don’t know if my account will ever be credited
