*****ing Vouchers money - vouchers claimed no credit shos on my account

I had two 1Vouchers that i used on Hollywoodbets - once claimed it gave me an error transaction not successful. I contacted 1Voucher and they confirmed the vouchers were claimed on Hollywoodbets - Hollywoodbets confirms it is claimed with them but from a different account. So between 1Voucher and Hollywoodbets I would like to know what is going to happen now? Someone between these two companies stole my two vouchers. Now they tell me i need to open a case and get a case number for theft. The clearly confirmed another account claimed my vouchers after i gave them both vouchers serial numbers.
