*****ing players money and useless service

Hollywood bets system glitches and you don't get your winnings then when you follow up all they say is its in progress but never give you feedback or your money. They have useless customer service and ***** players money.

So after receiving a call and promising to have this resolved today I feedback saying it's been escalated and will take another 48 hours.

I really need feedback on my winnings that weren't credited please, it's been way more than 48 hours. I would like feedback on ticket number ***5. I am really not happy!!!
