Inexplicably locking of Hollywoodbets account

Hollywoodbets is at it again. A few months ago my account was locked. Today, I deposit R5000 into my account. The funds were accepted and I received a bonus of R150. Then I take a losing bet for R2000. Balance is R3150. When I again try to take another bet my account is suddenly not active. Unbelievable. This happened more than once. Why?
