Incorrect voucher

I had a problem with a 1voucher which I bought from my Nedbank app on the 01/05/2025.when I loaded the voucher it was incorrect and used meanwhile on my Hollywood account it says it's been redeemed successfully yet I was not credited the amount of R170....Between HOLLYWOOD,NEDBANK and FLASH SCORE one of them is giving us uses vouchers and IV been emailing and making calls since today no one is helping me.i want my refund because it's clear they are *****ing people with incorrect vouchers.
