Incorrect Payout

Good Morning Day I am not happy with hollywoodbets . I was playing 1 of the Habanero game( Hot hot fruit ) on the 22 January . So my bet amount was like 30CENT and as i was spinning i got a winning pattern which the payout was R 506.40 .. few second after i got another big win with the same pattern but the payout was less ( R184.99) This is **************** ? I mean it doesn't make sense. i played with the same amount i got the same pattern( paylines) but different payout . I tried calling them i hold for almost 30 minutes and i never got help , last time i spoke to Phumelele( one of the consultant ) last week friday, who then told she escalate to the manager and they busy investigating am still waiting till to date. The only consultant who has been following up with me is Pragasen . But there is nothing much he can do because this is not in his department.
