Incorrect fixture

To say I'm disappointed by Hollywood is an understatement,due the error on their fixtures and not wanting to take ownership after the mistake was escalated,even now the results department doesn't want to take ownership of their faults. I have sent proof still they insist everything is write on their side where else it wasn't. I will never trust them again,I lost a ticket because of them. The person I spoke to even said if you still have a problem you can even complain to the national gambling board because the results department says they are correct.
