Incorrect Deposit and Unfair Customer Treatment

I am disappointment with Hollywoodbets. how my recent issue was handled. On the 21st of Oct, I mistakenly deposited R3,300 into my Hollywoodbets account. As soon as I realized the error, I contacted your support team and requested that the funds be reversed or refunded.

However, I was informed that I could not be refunded and that I would need to use the money to place bets and win before being able to make a withdrawal. I find this response unfair and unacceptable, considering that this was an honest mistake and the funds were not intended for betting.

As a result, I have lost the entire R3,300, money that I needed to pay my rent. This has left me in a very difficult financial situation, to the point where I now need to apply for a loan.

I have always trusted Hollywoodbets, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I kindly request that you review this matter urgently and consider refunding my R3,300, or at least provide a reasonable resolution.
