Inconsistent ruling of bets

I wrote a review last time. Never got someone to contact me regarding my experience. Received an email, then rep**** and that was the end. I have proof of 2 exact selections of bets, yet Hollywood bets treated it differently.

Makes me wonder. How many people gets ****med
