Inconsistent ruling, bad service

Today is 12 January. I wrote reviews here since 6 January. Hollywood called me twice with the same feedback. Everytime I explained to the one who called, what happened, I get told they will get back to me BUT NEVER Does.

I took a bet on their live sport. ( a basketball match in 3rd quarter. Hollywoodbets gave the option of 37.5 points and you can decide if it will be over or under) I took a bet for over 37.5 for 3rd quarter. I then went out of app and on another site to view it live. Only to discover that the 3rd quarter was already finish and was done when I placed my bet due to a delay on Hollywood app.

So, I am told that they are only a guide and their malfunction is nothing. I took the bet and it stays a loosing bet.

What I dont understand is. In December 2023 the very same thing happened. But that time my bet was a winning bet. They called me, explained that their was a delay on the app score so when I took my bet, the quarter was already finish. So with the winning bet, they only refunded the money I placed. Now same thing happened, my bet is a loosing bet, they cannot refund my money.

Inconsistent terms and conditions that only suits them.

I have proof of everything. I will continue to make this as public as I can
