Incompitency at Hollwoodbets is out of this world

I’ve been complaining about be mistake they made on the 27th of October 2020 but I haven’t been helped until this day, I also sent an email to *** but was also not happy because it seems their employees are very *********** or the are deliberately trying to rob their clients.

Below is their response, I betted: Away No Bet – Draw. The away team won so the match is supposed to be abandoned not losing.

(Away Not Bet – Draw) This means that the Away team should win or draw the match. If Home team wins, you lost. If it’s a draw, you win and if away team won your stake will be returned.

It’s amazing they said I must call the helpdesk and only to be told that the issue will be escalated and someone will call you and never received any call. I ended up waisting more than R100 on phone calls trying to resolve this issue.

Can someone please assist me how do I escalate this because it’s clear that Hollowoodbets don’t want to resolve their mistake, they just want to ***** from me? I’m starting to think they are doing this deliberate because yesterday this mistake happened and they might be robbing other people of their winnings as well, so if you are in hollywoodbets you must make sure you double check your bets, you might be surprised as they tried to rob me three times already.
