I have referred a friend five days ago to Hollywoodbets. I did not receive my R50 refer a friend bonus. Hollywoodbets makes every excuse NOT to pay the R50. When i initially referred a friend on the 17 January 2018 i was totally ignored after sending numerous emails and msgs to activate the account. We thereafter phoned Hollywoodbets and was told to re send all documents once again after doing so online. The fica supervisor had stated to me that "he has other work to do and other issues to sort out" I have still not been paid and i am furious with the pathetic customer service and attitude of Hollywoodbets, treating us as tough we invaluable to their company. I would appreciate if somebody could send me an email address of a CEO or DIRECTOR of Hollywoodbets. My complaint is much more detailed and serious.
