*********** Hollywood bets bara branch management

Hollywood bets bara branch is a problem when we have to collect our payouts, this was the third time encountering this problem. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes to get the money which puts me at risk cause you never know who's watching. Finally when I received the money I requested to talk to the manager, little did I know i was wasting my breath the lady behaved like I was her employee, unprofessional and *********** to even be a manager so calmly I requested to speak to her superior and I was sent to the other manager who just didnt care or show any interest at all I asked him if he could tell how to escalate this matter he gave me a number to call which I called numerous times but no answer. Hollywood bets bara branch management is *********** and runs the establishment like a ****a shop even ****a shops are ran more professionally. The managers cant even empathize and have this stinking attitude as if they are our bosses. The customer service we receive from the consultants is on point but the management contradicts all that good service. I demand that these managers be reprimanded. Honestly Im disgusted by the level of service I received from the Hollywood bets bara branch management.
