*********** and Thieving Hollywoodbets

This is the most *********** company I ever came across. Made a deposit on the 26 Jan 2023 and it did not reflect. Spoke to a consultant and it was said to wait 24 hours. Next day 27th Jan 2023 deposited again nothing happened. Sent emails, only respond is will escalate the problem to the given department.

CHAT to consultant everyone has a different story but everyone escalate the problem. One consultant said I must wait 24h on the 28th Jan 2023 the time will be reset I wil received it then. Nothing came through.

Spoke to a consultant waited 4 hours to get through where two close the chat on me and had to wait hour and a half again. I have proof of all the chat where all the consultants promised 24hours every day since the 27th Jan 2023. Also send them all the necessary of the deduction from my bank account but still no funds.

Hollywoodbets is the most unprofessional, ********* and *********** betting company. All the consultants gives scripted answers and never have a solution to any problem. If I could give 0 stars I would give them. They are *****s
