Incompetency and poor customer service

The customer service from Hollywood bets is pathetic. I have never had to wait more than 10 working days just to have my money that I deposited to be allocated to my account. What ******* is that, I've been given the run around for 10 days because they don't have anyone who can action an allocation of money that was deposited through immediate payment to a Hollywoodbets Account. This is joke really!!!!!!!
