Incompetence Stuff
I am so disappointed on incompetence employees. I enquired about a winning ticket on handycap bet. After some chat with people who seemed very confused about handycap. Snegugu M stand acting like (s)he understand only to find out (s)he as well is confused and worse than the rest. (S)he can't read what is being asked all (s)he does is to reply with irrelevant info. I asked him or her to read what's written on their blog and (s)he never revert back to me. Why would you employ people who can't read or teachable. If you can't afford people who can understand english, then you got a huge problem.

I'm aware that the Helpline team have contacted you twice yesterday to explain the above market and how your bet was resulted.
You had selected a handicap for the away team with +1, the game ended with the home team winning 1-0. After applying the handicap it is a draw of 1-1 and therefore a losing bet. The following was explained: when applying the handicap the team you have selected has to still win and would need to at least score one more goal in order for his bet to win. I'm aware that Annelise and Bongomusa have taken you through the terms and conditions as well the blog post related to this market.

I wouldn't say you are **** to, I will rather say that you are misinformed. I only talk to 1 person who told me her name is Amani. We didn't agree on anything because she doesn't understand the quote "Chelsea are (-2), then you would minus 2 goals from Chelsea’s score. The score line is now Chelsea 1-1 Wolves, so the game is a handicap draw.
Likewise, Wolves are (+2), and you add 2 goals to the Wolves score, the score line would be Chelsea 3-3 Wolves
Therefore the scores are tie, and if you bet on the tie on the handicap, you would have a winning bet." From your blog. I understand her because it's not clear anyway.

Draw=win
Loose by 1 goal=no bet
Loose by 2 goals or more=loose
-1
Win by 2 goals or more =win
Win by 1 goal = no bet
Draw = loose
