Incompetence indeed

I keep on asking myself why I keep on playing their games. I'm always experiencing the same old problem. I made three transactions of R500 on the 21/11/2022 around 22:53 from my Capitec account. I immediately went through their chatting side. I was promised to be credited within 24 hours. Till today nothing is happening. Why is it so hard for them to keep their promise and be professional honestly. One has to complain first on social media and that's when they are forced to do the right thing. Stick and tired of their incompetence.
