Incompetence at its Best
I will never understand the stupid people companies hire out there to represent them. having a chat with a certain Nontobeko on whatsapp arguing with me that i changed my phone number so i should send my ID copy, etc. Am telling her my number was never changed and its also clear on the screenshot she sent me. Even withholding my 400 winning because some stupid girl cant understand their own system. SAD
