To Whom It May Concern,

I am beyond frustrated with the utter incompetence displayed by Hollywoodbets. On Thursday night, I placed a bet and won. However, to this day, the winnings have not been reflected in my Hollywoodbets account.

Each time I call your customer support team, I am met with empty promises that the issue will be resolved "by the end of the day." This has been the excuse for several days now, and frankly, I am tired of being strung along and dismissed like this.

Your failure to promptly address this issue is completely unacceptable and has caused me unnecessary inconvenience. This is not the level of service I expect from a company handling people's hard-earned money.
