Incident number ***2

I did these two absa cash send withdrawals on 2 November but they have not been paid. Both withdrawals were at 8am Ref *** ***- 2 Nov R300 Ref *** *** -2 nov R350 I queried it with them on twitter as well as telephonically on 24 December 2022,29 December / 30 December they responded that they will escalate the matter. Ticket ID: ***4 the query has not been resolved the ticket was even closed.. queried again on 5&14 January. On 5 Jan 2023 the agent said they had issues with absa but they’ll reverse the money to my account as the bank approval was still pending. Then on the 6 Feb 2023 the status updated to paid but I got no money, no sms or anything. I emailed the query and got incident ref ***2. Till today I have not got any money or feedback regarding incident ***2
