Inactive Refund

I won a R100 on the 23rd of Dec 2025. Unfortunately there were a hickup and the money got retracted somehow and I onlh recieved the pin and not the voucher nr to withdraw.

I have made contact with HB, spoken to diffent agents with each at the end within 48hours the money will be paid out.

Now at the end only to find out tgat I have recieved the money back as pla credits. Wich i never recieved. I lpaded another voucher and withdrew the R100 from my new vohcher.

I mean its a R100, but you guys know how hard it is on HB to win something. And i must add some of these consultants when they dont want to asisst they dont give you reference nrs they just exit.

So i hope lesson learned here, because clearly after how many attempts when you win u will be lucky of you can withdraw succesefully
