***** in my eyes from Hollywood beds

I ve been supporting Hollywood beds for a very long time the last while I’ve only been losing. I made a withdrawal on Sunday morning and they use pay shop now for anybody that uses pay shop would know that if a payment doesn’t go through it goes straight back into your bank. As I can see from the other reviews it seems that this is a common thing happening in Hollywood beds if you think about all the thousands and millions of people playing online and Hollywood beds and if they only keep one out of 1000 money every time do you know how much interest and money they score. It is no wonder they are holding on to my money and just don’t want to pay me back. It’s Only R100 but the principal stands that they refuse to pay me back my money and that they are gaining in massive amount I doing this to multiple accounts. In my eyes this is ***** I’ve phoned in I have emailed I have chatted on the chat bot and to the chat support through the chat and after five days of complaining my matter only got escalated yesterday evening. Everybody I spoke to was going to escalate the matter so it does seem that it is common policy just to keep the clients off that they busy that they busy and nothing ever gets done. I also explained that they must be gaining a lot of interest and a lot of money by doing this kind of business and that I feel I should be compensated from them keeping my money for five days. they could not answer me on that!

Can anybody explain to me how this is legal in anyways or form
