In minus?

I had a good experience so far with hollywoodbets but thier customer service is wack..I contacted yesterday that my acount is minus and they said they escalated the situation. I deposit money into it and suddenly it's on minus... they should've either fixed it instantly or give my little money that I had back. No emails that they are working on the situation. Nothing. I rather go to world sports betting atlwast they are quick and efficient.
