Its been almost a month and still my account remains in active after sending the documents required still remains in the same situation they are no help at all plus my funds are blocked

19 Feb 2025, 12:08Got a call from one consultant no help told me the same thing that i have been listening to for past month its in audit .I see a lot of people have the same issue looks as if these matters need to be reported to the Gaming board this is unacceptable its our money sitting in there accounts .
