I’m soo disappointed

I have been a loyal customer to Hollywood bets for some time now, with of course more loses than wins but I’m still with them. I have now for the second time deposited funds into my account via ABSA (my mother’s account) normal payment since it’s a bank to bank transfer but my funds don’t reflect and when I try to chat to them they tell me to go to a police station for an affidavit even though I have proof of payment which doesn’t make sense since all the proof is there.

What puzzles me the most is that I only have two people that make deposits into my account besides me so I think it’s only professional for them to check payment history if they suspect something and not keep our money because we can’t provide affidavit!!!! That to me doesn’t make sense at all because what’s the use of a proof of payment if you still need to go to the police station for money that is yours ????????? This is day light *******……..I’m loosing trust and disappointed in Hollywoodbets !!!!!!
