I’m hurt

On the 29 July 2024 I took my last R500 to buy a voucher and I won R11 000. At 12:30 I made a withdrawal and the payment is still saying pending transaction. I made a large withdrawal 10 July 2024 the money was paid out immediately. When I see messages on the chats I was told it takes 24-48 hours. 24 hours gone. When I ask now I’m told it’s a technical issue. I really need the money. we have a funeral at home and I can’t help out with cash
