Ignoring customers not part of their group
I’m gatvol of this ****** actions of your staff at hollywood Brakpan. Numerous complaints have been logged but no improvement is seen. Last week they refused to assist my wife when she wanted to play lucky numbers. This was addressed with regional manager. Today I went to play Lotto, stood in the queue only to be waved away as the cashier opted to help someone standing in another queue 1st!! Then when his manager Lucie addressed the issue with him he still had the nerve to deny it! This will go to all media platforms if I don’t get feedback from higher level management!!
