IGNORED SIGNS OF GAMBLING ADDICTION AND FAILED TO ASSIST WHEN I REACHED OUT FOR HELP
After I had a previous complaint with them and I expressed that I have a gambling problem,I even told them about my suicide attempt and how I'm struggling due to losing my uif money due to my gambling addiction.They didn't offer me with any assistance
Instead I kept on getting promotional messages and my account was not deactivated.They ignored signs that I am a problem gambler.
I went back again to their site and I gambled my retrenchment package money.When I tried contacting them through their live chat,I just got a number and the chat was closed
