Idiots working for them.

They keep declining my withdrawal and it's frustrating. It's money I deposited into my account that I wanna withdraw.. Who the hell are you deny my withdrawal request of my own money? Money that I deposited in. Also there's no bonuses or anything I just want my money back because the slot machines aren't paying and I can't withdraw my balance? What law is this? How can I not withdraw my own money. It makes no sense
