Ice Cold Games & Random Reloads

Hollywoodbets is a sham, first you deal with an endless losing streak where games are as cold as ice, then you deal with constant reloads, which completely resets your progress on games such as 3 pots and perfect pea****, causing you to lose the chance of triggering the feature and when you reach out on the chat you are brushed off and told that there are no guarantees.

Don't even try to explain that you never said you would win, you were stating that you spent a lot of money to get to feature point, only for it to be reset randomly (they will keep telling you it is not their problem).

Oh and don't ask for a consultant to phone you, they don't do that.

Last but not least my favorite, please send a screen shot of the error, so now you are telling me that before every spin I need to take a screenshot and then what are you going to give me my feature?
