I am unhappy with what Hollywood did to my tickets. I took bets on Sunday for formula one. I bet for the same person with a win and a lose. I won with the ticket that said win for that driver. The other one lost. Hollywood then said the odds for my winning option were incorrectly imput. Therefore they scratched and refunded my winning ticket. The other ticket that had lost they did not scratch it because it had lost and did not refund it . So they only refunded my stake for the winning option but the losing option they did not refund. So in essence I lost money because of their mistake. This is unfair as I think they should have scratched both the options and refunded all my stake instead of me losing money because of their mistake.
