I want my winnings

I have been using hollywoodbets for years and now they are starting to **** us...i have been trying to withdraw my winnings from the account two weeks now they declined that requesting my selfie i did send them my selfie 4 days ago but beleive me when i say they haven't bothered to release my money...i tried to call them, emai and facebook messenger...they have never bothered to help me

I just want my winnings and part ways with them...the experience with this platform just changed my mind within a week's time snd i dont recommend this platform yo anyone its a ****
