I want my money now

Ive been wait for my Absa cashsend for 4+ days, I phoned Hollywood several times to resend my pin and password still nothing. I phoned Hollywood and to cancel cash send so that my money could go back into my Hollywood account 2 days ago still nothing. What's wrong with you Hollywood when we deposit you take our money without us phoning you but when we want our money we struggle, fix this please
