I want my money hollywoodbets

I want to lay a complaint for hollywoodbets. Last year 23 of June. I won R4400 and while i was playing the money just disappeared out of my account. They closed it. When i called them they said its under audits it could take up to 3 days.. still today they didnt activate my account.. i keep calling them and send them emails but they just keep saying the damn same thing... they waiting for the relevant department for feedback.. i mean its 1 year this month and nothing yet... i send them all the documents they asked but nothing.... i want my money you guys are really just the worse ever....
