I want my money from hollywoodbets

I did a cash send to myself of the amount of R500 on Sunday the 30th of January 2022 from Hollywoodbets account and I received the sms on Monday morning but it accidentally got deleted on my phone coz the phone wasn't locked in my bag. I've been calling them everyday from Monday about 5 times per day requesting for a sms to be resent. You will be on the phone waiting for some time and when you finally get through before you even speak they will just say "we cannot hear the caller and we have to end the call and just drop it". I've been through several times as well and I have verified my personal information and been promised that the sms will be sent in couple of hours but up to today nothing. I've already spent almost R500 on airtime and still haven't received any help.
