I want Hollywoodbets to refund my missing funds on my account

Hi on the 21 February 2025 i was playing jet x at Hollywoodbets while i was playing with a balance of R2274 i received a message on my phone that my number has been change if its not me i must call Hollywoodbets. i tried to withdraw my funds to my bank account unfortunatly it was gone the i immediately phone Hollywoodbets to explain what happened and they said they will try to reverse the fund to my account they took their time until the funds were withdrawn. so i ask the to refund me as they see that it was not me who withdrew the funds they said that they have escalated the matter and i have been calling them since the 21 February 2025 until now. so they told me i wont get my money back so mi want to know who's fault is it that my money is missing and it is impossible for someone to change cell phone number on any Hollywoodbets customer because it will require security questions and a selfie photo in order to do that. So it means one of the hollywoodbets team members has the authority to do that and it's the first time this is happening. i believe if something like this happens Hollywoodbets must do investigation and once the client proves it was not him/her who withdrew the funds from their account Hollywoodbets must refund the funds to the rightful person and start to investigation on their staff members. thank you
