I need to be approved on my fica documents it been too long still no approval i even uploaded a new proof of address but still no approval

It been 3 months now since i uploaded my fica document but still no approval they say my ID is verified but the proof of address is not verified because it expired then yesterday i uploaded a new proof of adress but till now no approval but they say it doesnt take 24hours please can i get help
