I need my money back from Hollywoodbets

I made two eWallet withdrawals with Hollywoodbets on the 10th and the 11th of August. I then dialed the USSD string and couldn't access it. I called them and asked for a reversal and had to wait 5 to 7 days. After it passed there was nothing. I then called again and spoke to a Nonhlanhla and they said they are escalating it to the relevant department. I even went to FNB for them to check only to tell me there are no funds in my eWallet. I called again on Tuesday and a Monica from Hollywoodbets said they are escalating it to the withdrawals supervisor. I then called again just a few minutes ago and I spoke to someone who just told me that there's no feedback and they are escalating it again. I'm so tired of waiting, it's been too long and I need my money back.
