I need my money back

This is by far the worst betting site ever!!! My account has been deactivated since January and they told that it is under investigation, I have sent voucher slips, bank statements and even an affidavit and my account is still not active. I have done everything they needed, I couldn't even pay for my child school fees and had to change schools because of Hollywoodbets. The only thing I want is my money which amounts to R31 200. I would really appreciate it if I could get my money back.
