I need Hollywoodbets to understand that they cannot change rules to suit their system and at the same time discriminate against people using ID proof that is allowed by Law. They cannot accept deposit, but refuse to refund the deposit as a result of FICA

I have a hollywoodbets account. Lately only using on occassion. I was prompted to update my Fica. Which I did using my green ID book and taking selfie as requested. Now 6 weeks later, I pay money into my account, money is accepted. When I tried to lay a bet, it tells me I am not Fica compliant. This because the Green ID book is no longer acceptable, That is ************** against me and all that is still using the green ID. That is also stripping me of my rights to use an ID that is by law still acceptable. I then tried to withdraw my funds again as I cannot use it at Hollywoodbets. The system denied the withdrawl, because I am not Fica Compliant. How can they accept the deposit, but not refund it. Is that not ********?
