I have not received my withdrawals

I have made withdrawal for R500 on the 15 December and 14 December 2022 for R1500. from absa cash I phoned numerous times and kept saying 24 hours today I phoned a rude guy answered as if I owe him money... Think it's about time I go to other source really pathetic
