Below is my initial email; not resolved and the money was not credited and I am not referring to the 15% promotion cause that's aside and is awarded separately for sports bets

Then I left and played habanero hot hot hollywood for 0.30 x4spins

Went back to pragmatic- c***** gold and spinned as per below R1 x5spins, R0.08x8spins, R0.40x6spins, R0.20x55spins

In total I played 82 spins which totalled R30.8 and won within those spins R23.99 Hence my balance is R4.79

I was only credited R6.81 instead of R45.50 I'm missing R38.69 which was debited by hollywoodbets don't know for what reason?
