I feel ****med by you

Hi,

Yesterday I placed a bet on top Batsman and selected Kyle Verreyne . The bat was yesterday 1 February 2024 and the match was on the same date. I went to live chat to enquire why it's still pending and was told that my ticket is for the 2nd of February 2024 which is today. First things first I didn't select a date, I entered by bet amount, secondly Pretoria Capitals, the team that Kyle plays for us not playing today. Please explain to me what is happening.
