I am so hurt to the core

I am so very angry to even come this far for fighting for what's mine.this is so sickening to do this to a human being especially not knowing their life's situation.i lost a lot on this betting side but never gave up.if you can check I lost a lot as for a poor person like me,I never gave up today around 4pm I won and withdrew R2500 I told my siblings to cook pap for us and I buy meat that we have never eaten I don't know for how long,I waited for the the sms till now,I walk 2hr to going and coming back to town as I didn't have money for taxi hoping the sms will be sent but no till now I am waiting.you kids are eating while me and my siblings didn't eat my brother is 10yrs old.for so long I didn't win but never gave up buying voucher for your company but today you do this to me.i am so hurt to core.this in uncalled for totally inhumane.Can I please have my money
